That’s great! You’re very “mindful” and aware.

I’m curious…what about thoughts that are not the full story? Thoughts such as, “I’m never going to get this right!” or “No one cares”? Surprisingly, what about thoughts like, “This is the best job!” or “I’m a great cook!” - Which of these are helpful or unhelpful? Would it be surprising to know that in some cases, none of these are? Why not? Keep pondering!!! Great work!!
